Universal Hopes to Reboot 'Scarface' With New Film
If Moviefone were a hacktastic entertainment website, you might go to a reference here for the infamous Tony Montana line, "Greet my little friend!" Just for the sake, however, we're not. (Mostly.) Deadline reviews that Universal is wanting to incorporate a completely new chapter for the story of 'Scarface' getting a movie that will mix aspects of both 1932 version with Paul Muni as well as the 1983 version with Al Pacino together with a mountain of cocaine. Unsure yet on locale or plot, but expect the completely new film -- whether or not this really happens -- to follow along with together with near the plot of both previous efforts: an immigrant involves America, increases up in the underworld and can obtain the comeuppance he so highly warrants. Put yet another way: "In this country, you gotta increase the risk for money first. Then when you're getting the money, you obtain the power. Then when you're getting the power, then you definitely certainly have the women." The 1983 version of 'Scarface' from director John P Palma hit Blu-ray captured. See the trailer below.
