Is it true that the song 'Roman's Revenge' that Nicki Minaj and Eminem done was a lash out at Lil Kim?

I heard it was and on the listening on the song, it sure sounds like
they're trying to sla g off someone and it mentions about taking spots
as well which is something that I heard Lil Kim accused Nicki of doing
