so i was watching this movie a while back and fell asleep but i really
wanted to finish it it was an old black and white film. i dont
rmemeber any lines or exactly what it was about but the dude was in
trouble with his girlfriend i guess and he told her he was away on
secret business. his friend put 3 black dots on the heel of his foot
and told him to say it was the mark of the secret organization adn the
president had a certain amount on his as well. what was it called?
please help me!
